Start your day with a delicious breakfast and then proceed for the Kathmandu sightseeing tour with a visit to Pashupatinath Temple which is the most famous and revered Hindu temple of the city located on the banks of Bagmati River. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is a sprawling collection of temples, ashram, inscriptions etc. Continue your journey towards Bouddhanath and its large stupa is a famous Buddhist pilgrimage as well. After some rest drive towards Patan, the second largest town in the valley which is renowned for its architectural splendour the Durbar Square. Enjoy shopping at the Tibetan Refugee Center known for its carpet industry is a great place to shop. Later on visit the Swayambhunath the golden spire of the 5th century the Swayambhu Stupa and enjoy the panoramic views of the surroundings. After enjoying the whole day at the hot spots of the city, return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast drive towards Pokhara which is around 204 Km from Kathmandu and takes around 5-6 hours to reach it. En route visit the Manakamna Temple where you are taken by the cable ride of 10 minutes or you can indulge in river rafting as well. Upon arrival check into the pre-booked hotel and enjoy rest of the time at leisure activities with dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Post breakfast fly to Jomsom which is a small village in the mountains with basic accommodation necessities. You can reach here in a Twin Otter or Donair aircraft with a seating capacity of average 15 seats. Upon arrival check into the pre-booked hotel and after some rest proceed to visit the Mulktinath Temple. To reach the temple visitors have to walk for about 15 to 20 minutes over the Kali Gandaki River as there are no means of transport. After crossing the bridge take the jeep on sharing basis for Muktinath. Originally the route from Jomsom to Muktinath was a trekker route only but now it has been widened for 4x4 vehicles as well. The drive takes 1.5 hours one way and upon arrival at Muktinath which is another 30- minute walk from the base temple. After darshan follow the same path and return back to Jomsom hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Today morning post breakfast fly back to Pokhara and get transferred to the pre-booked hotel. After some rest visit the Bindebasini Temple which is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara was a part of the Kaski Kingdom with the main deity Goddess Durga. Apart from the peace and tranquillity of the region, one can also enjoy the splendid views of Himalaya on a clear day. The temple is in the area of bazaar hence the journey of the old bazaar can be combined with a visit to the temple. Also, visit the Devi’ Fall and Gupteshwar Cave which is famous for its natural limestone carvings. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast enjoy an excursion trip to Sarangkot which is among the most popular tourist destinations that offer the spectacular views of the Pokhara Valley and its surrounding mountains. Sarangkot can be reached easily by 45 to 60 minutes by car and offers the highest view point for watching the sunrise. It is visited by most of the visitors especially to enjoy the sunrise and to indulge in paragliding. On a clear sunny day, visitors can also see Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Ranges. After some rest drive towards Lumbini which is situated at a distance of 270 Km from Pokhara and takes around 7 to 8 hours to reach it. Located in the south-central Terai of Nepal in the foothills of Himalayas it is one of the most revered place for Buddhists thronged by millions of visitors from all corners of the world. Upon arrival check in to the pre-booked hotel and after some rest, visit the Lumbini Garden which consists of various Bodh Viharas built by different counties. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

On the 7th day of your best of Nepal tour drive towards Chitwan which is 180 Km from Lumbini and takes around 5 hours to reach it. It is one of the Asia’s premier wildlife reserves and is a home to wide variety of exotic animal and bird species. After morning breakfast visit the Chitwan National Park. The highlight of the trip is the Elephant Safari to explore the exotic flora and fauna of the national park. Toady morning check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive back to Kathmandu and then continue towards Nagarkot. It is situated 32 Km from Kathmandu and takes 1.5 hours to reach it.
