Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Availability governs requests for early check-in and late check-out. After completing the check-in process, you can start your sightseeing tour by visiting the renowned Mughal Gardens. Explore the beautiful Nishat Bagh, Chesham Shahi, and Shalimar Bagh, popular for their exquisite Mughal architecture and breathtaking views. One of the must-try experiences is the Gondola Cable Car Ride to Khilanmarg, where you can soak in the stunning views of the surroundings (tickets can be purchased directly). - Prepaid sim cards don't work in J & K due to security reasons, the post-paid connection is a must.
- In Srinagar, if you are staying at the Houseboat: - Shikara Crossing is complimentary, do not pay for the same. It is not mandatory for guests to take ponies in Sonamarg/Gulmarg & Pahalgam to visit all the important tourist spots, all the major tourist attraction points are in close proximity so you can walk it down. However if still you wish to take a pony ride/sledging/rafting etc the rates the highly negotiable. Please bargain to your max.
- Sightseeing to Aru Valley / Beetab Valley / Chandanwari at Pahalgam will be by local taxi union only. Due to the union outside vehicles cannot enter these places. The rate is highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places. You have to pay extra directly.

- Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 days.
- If circumstances force you to cancel the booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
- 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
- 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.

- Tour programs may be shuffled due to inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
- In the case of cancellation of the trip, we shall process the refund as per the policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of the total cost of the package.
- Covid reasons such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within the time frame subject to the hotel’s acceptance on the same, and Price difference applicable based on season/off-season.
- The vehicle used will be exclusive for guests but will not be at disposal. It will be as per contract & will change every day and sector-wise.
- Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check-in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely at the hotel’s discretion.
