Date Change is a facility that is usually provided by the airline on your reserved ticket. This facility usually attracts an ‘Airline Date Change Fee’. You may also be charged the ‘BookOtrip Service Charge’ for the same.
Please note that you will be required to pay the fare difference, if any, between the original fare and the fare for the date you wish to change your flight to.
The date change fee, as well as the BookOtrip Service Charges, will be mentioned on the fresh e-ticket issued to you.

Please Note -If you wish to change the airline along with the date, you will be required to cancel your original booking. This can be done with the assistance of our 24X7 Customer Service.
Once verified, the amount of refund will be validated by BookOtrip. The refund amount would be reimbursed to the same account that was used to make the payment for that particular booking.
Please Note-BookOtrip will charge a cancellation service fee. This charge will be over and above the cancellation charges levied by the airline.
Baggage allowance on International Flights usually depends on factors such as destination, flying class, frequent flyer membership etc.
In case of Domestic Flights, the baggage allowance differs with airlines.
It is suggested that you check the allowance for every flight at the time of booking. This can be done by visiting the official website of the particular airline.
The boarding pass for your flight is usually issued at the time of check-in. You will be required to present your Identification Proof along with a copy of your e-ticket.
Usually, a boarding pass is issued at least 90 minutes prior to the stipulated time of departure of the flight.
International FlightsIn case you’re travelling internationally, you will be required to present your valid Indian Passport along with the visa to the destination that you intend to travel.
The boarding pass for international flights is issued at least 3 hours prior to the stipulated time of departure of the flight.
Please Note -Some airlines also offer the facility of Web Check-In, which can be done online. In this case, the boarding pass is also issued online. You will, however, be required to carry a print of the boarding pass to check-in your luggage and get on the flight.
